The domain was registered prior to our introduction of the Domain Manager Account (DMA) system and is currently not attached to an account. In order to manage your domain, please create a DMA and then attach your domain.
Create DMA
Click Manage Domains in the top menu of our site followed by Log IN, and then Create Account on the subsequent page.
Attach Domain
Log into your DMA and click Domain Attachment in the service menu. Complete the form and submit for processing.
Forgot Domain Password
Use the forgot password link on the Domain Attachment form to request a resend of your domain password.
Email Address Outdated
If your email address list on the domain WHOIS is outdated or no longer accessible, please complete and submit the Email Address Change form (see attachment below) for processing. On the form enter the domain name instead of username, and attach a valid government issued photo ID for validation purposes.
